| I'm Lawrence Valenza, an artist, welcome to my site. While my gallery work consists almost exclusively of paintings on canvas, I've decided to use this site to focus on the things I do that tend to be more problematic from an exhibition standpoint. Like any good narcissist, I've always been obsessed with autobiography and self analysis. The works here range from vague allegory to direct recreation, all with a mind to how I got here and where I'm heading. I'll be making a major overhaul of the site in a few weeks as I finish some new pieces so please be patient. |
